In writing this blog I will occasionally review various books, products, shoes, and other pieces of running gear. Because of that, the FCC requires that I disclose to readers the nature of my blog advertising and my relationship with the manufacturer or seller of any product that I review or endorse on this blog. My policies for reviews and endorsements are as follows:

2.  I am not compensated to provide opinions on products, services, websites and any other topics appearing on the blogs. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely my own. I will only endorse products or services that I believe, based on my own experience and expertise, are worthy of such endorsement. If at any time, I am provided a product free of charge for review, I will disclose that in the review itself. 

3. I do accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation, such as Google Ad Sense or Amazon Affiliates, on my blog. Clicking on the Amazon, 6pm, Road ID or Endorphin Warrior links in my blog for the various products and buying through them earns me a small commission, as does clicking on the other ads in the site and visiting those advertisers' sites. Earnings made via these sources are minimal, but they help me to justify the considerable time and effort that I put into writing this blog, and your support is much appreciated!  If you shop Amazon, please shop Amazon by clicking through my site.

The compensation received from these sources will never influence the content, topics or posts made in this blog. All advertising is in the form of advertisements generated by a third party ad network. Those advertisements will be identified as paid advertisements.
